Return and refund procedure

To receive a refund for the returned product, please follow the step-by-step procedure below:

Passo 2. Process the return request.  Once the return request has been sent, our returns department staff will contact you within a maximum period of 2 working days and will provide you with the return address or a return logistics label, if the case is by the points, previously mentioned. In case of returning more than one item, items needs to be returned separately.

Annullamento ordine: 

Per annullare un ordine, ti preghiamo di contattarci immediatamente dopo l'acquisto via e -mail all'indirizzo info@polyanna.com, indicando la tua richiesta di cancellazione (si prega di notare che hai un massimo di 3 ore dal momento dell'acquisto per richiedere una cancellazione). Il rimborso verrà emesso utilizzando lo stesso metodo di pagamento. Una volta che il pacchetto è stato spedito, l'ordine non può essere annullato.

Si prega di essere consapevoli che se l'ordine viene annullato su richiesta del cliente, una commissione di elaborazione dei pagamenti del 5% non verrà rimborsata.
