At Maison Pollyanna, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that online shopping especially for special occasion items—can sometimes be challenging. Our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind while maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.
We accept returns on accessories such as veils, shoes, crowns, and similar items. These products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
This policy allows our customers to shop confidently while preserving the exclusivity of our made-to-measure garments.
Custom-Made Dresses
All our dresses are handmade to order and created specifically according to your measurements and preferences. Because each gown is produced exclusively for you, custom-made dresses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Each dress is thoroughly quality-checked before shipping and is sent free of defects or damage. Please note that any damage occurring during fittings, alterations, or handling after delivery is not our responsibility.

Sizing & Fit Considerations
To allow for minor alterations, our tailors include extra fabric in the seams of all dresses. A finished gown may vary by approximately ±1 inch from the measurements provided, which is considered acceptable and allows for final tailoring adjustments.
Color Variations
Please note that slight color differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or device displays. Minor color variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
Fit Issues
If the item matches the size and specifications you ordered but does not fit as expected, it cannot be returned or exchanged. In such cases, we recommend consulting a local tailor at your own expense. If the original specifications differ significantly from the final request, resizing may not be possible.
Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. All dresses are made to order, and we do not keep additional stock for replacement. If you wish to receive a different item, a new order must be placed.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms carefully:

Within 24 hours of order confirmation: 90% refund

24–72 hours after confirmation: 80% refund

72–120 hours after confirmation: 50% refund

After shipment: Orders can no longer be canceled
