Production Time

Please note that the creation of each dress takes approximately 15 business days.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: Once the garment is completed, delivery usually takes 10 business days.

  • Express Delivery: If you require faster shipping, we offer express delivery, which takes approximately 5 business days instead of the usual 10. Please contact us to arrange express delivery. Additional fees may apply.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for all products.


Delivery Conditions

The estimated delivery date is displayed on each product page. Delivery times depend on both handling and shipping times. Handling and shipping days refer to business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.*

* Same-day processing applies to orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
* Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary depending on logistics providers.

If there is any delay or issue with your order, please contact us at info@pollyannaevents.com. We will investigate the situation with the logistics company as soon as possible. The courier will notify you of shipment via email and SMS, including your tracking number.


Order Confirmation

After a successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number and the name of the courier company handling your delivery.


Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please review the following cancellation policy carefully:

  • Orders cancelled within 0–24 hours after order confirmation: 90% refund

  • Orders cancelled within 24–72 hours after order confirmation: 80% refund

  • Orders cancelled after 72 hours and before shipment: 50% refund

  • Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible


Taxes

All prices displayed on Maison Pollyanna include all applicable taxes.


Order Inspection

The customer has 5 days from the delivery date to verify the condition and completeness of all items and accessories. After this 5-day period, the shipment will be considered accepted, and no claims for damage or shipping errors will be accepted.

Courier Services

Which courier services do you use?
We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for domestic shipments and BorderGuru or DHL for international shipments.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive it, please contact info@pollyannaevents.com.

Please note that weekends, public holidays, and inclement weather are not included in delivery estimates and may cause delays. Ensure your delivery address is accessible during business hours.


Signature Required

Maison Pollyanna requires a signature upon delivery and/or shipping insurance on all domestic orders for security reasons.


Delivery Issues Due to Incorrect Address

1. Address Verification

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and up to date. Buyers are strongly advised to verify all details before placing their order.

2. Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information (including recipient name, address, city, postal code, or contact details), the buyer assumes full responsibility.

3. Reshipping Fee

If reshipment is required due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee, which must be paid before reshipment is arranged.

4. Refund Deduction

If the buyer declines reshipment or fails to provide a correct address within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs and any reshipping fees.


Non-Delivery Due to Buyer’s Absence

1. Delivery Availability

Buyers must ensure they or an authorized representative are available at the shipping address to receive the delivery.

2. Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will make reasonable delivery attempts and may leave a notice or contact the buyer if delivery is unsuccessful.

3. Rescheduling

Buyers may reschedule delivery directly with the courier, according to the courier’s terms and conditions.

4. Reshipping Fee

If the package is returned due to buyer absence, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

5. Refund Deduction

If reshipment is declined, any refund issued will be deducted by original shipping costs and any reshipping fees.
