We will dispatch your order within 1-2 days once we confirm your payment. We do not process your order on Sunday or public holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders. Most shipped packages are delivered within 3-5 business days from the day they are shipped.
2.Receipt of Order
Please do not sign the package until you check all the items carefully. In case the package was damaged obviously when arrived, please deny the parcel and contact us immediately. Please note that we do not accept any return of the package without contacting us. Besides, it's buye's responsibility to pay for customs duty or import tax.

Our QC department will check the quality of each item carefully before packing & dispatching. We guarantee our products will be of the highest quality available. All dresses are well packed with dust bags. Please kindly understand a slight size difference and color difference are not quality problems.

We can dispatch items to virtually any address in the world. However, warranty issues, manufacturer restrictions or customs laws prevent us from shipping certain products to certain geographical locations.
We ship worldwide mainly including United States, United Kingdom, France, Canada, Australia, Italy, Ireland, Japan, China. Please contact us first if you are not from these countries.(Such as South Africa, South America, Iceland, Czech, Southest Asia etc.). We also offer Shipping Insurance free to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. Any missing issues reported, we will reship your order immediately.

There is no MOQ for our products in stock. You can place order mixed in various styles, sizes and colors. The more, the cheaper. Easy start for your business, no pressure on stock.

3.What shipping methods do you use?
We offer China Post, Hongkong Post, Sweden Post, EMS, Aramex, Fedex, DHL, TNT and UPS. We can also ship by air or by sea for large quantity orders.
4.How long will the shipping time be?

8.Can I return the items?
Yes, if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund for the items, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unused with all labels intact. 9.Does the product come with any labels or logos? Can I put my own logo on it?
Most products come with their original labels or logos, but there are also some products coming with labels & tags removed. So you can sell them with your own brand easily. We can help you produce the labels & tags so long as you can provide us the size, logo picture, material (we suggest satin, since it is more durable and cheap) and exact hex code of the color in the logo. Please note different styles may need different MOQ to start the customization.
10.Do you offer free shipping?
Some of our products are offered free shipping by epacket mail service. Some price we offer to you is FOB price, not including shipping charges. And our wholesale price is not affordable to offer free shipping.
11.What size do you have?
Most of our products are in European size. Please kindly refer to the corresponding size chart of each product. Or you may also contact our customer service team and provide us your height & weight, we will advise you the right size.
12.Can I get some discount?
We still offer you the wholesale price even though you just order one or two pieces. But if you order more, we will definitely offer discount - the more, the cheaper. We appreciate your business.

To allow for slight modifications, our tailors reserve additional fabric in the seams of all dresses. We understand that sometimes a finished gown might vary by approximately an inch in either direction of the specified measurements. Color Mismatch
Concerning color mismatch, please note that there might be a slight color deviation due to your computer screen or mobile device settings. However, if you are convinced that the color is not what you ordered, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
Size Deviation
If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we offer limited alterations reimbursement. Should you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. A copy of the receipt must be provided to request reimbursement.
Item Is The Size You Ordered But Does Not Fit
Please understand that items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost. Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
Exchange Policy
Do you wish to exchange your dress for a different size or item?
Unfortunately, we currently don't offer an exchange service for any products at this time. All our dresses are made to order. Therefore, we will not have any extra dresses for exchange. If you want a different item, please return the order and start a new order from scratch.

Order Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please note the following cancellation policy:
- Orders canceled within 0–24 hours after order confirmation will receive an 90% refund of the price.
- Orders canceled within 24–72 hours after order confirmation will receive an 80% refund of the price.
- Orders canceled between 72 hours after order confirmation and before shipment will receive a 50% refund.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
